So the baby girl sure moves a lot. I remember being amazed when I was pregnant with Daniel, when they asked about fetal kicks and I thought, seriously there are babies who only kick 10 times in an hour? Those women are so lucky. I wanted to have Daniel as soon as possible mostly because I didn't think that my ribs would hold up from his abuse. I had a lot of people tell me that he would probably still be a calm baby anyway, that some babies are just active in the womb. Those people were dead wrong. Daniel has just been on the move since he was conceived apparently. The only thing I worried about with having two kids close together is that they would both be as active as Daniel. It looks as though we are well on our way to having two kids who can't sit still and have to be into everything and anything.

By the way does anyone have any tips on how to convince Daniel that he doesn't have to stand on a chair and help mom in the kitchen every time I walk in there? I am glad that he likes to bake and make things with the mixer but come on. He has fallen off the chair like 14 times this week which isn't too bad, but I think I might die from heart attacks before he actually ends up with a concussion.

I am not so sure about Jason's idea, but its worth a shot, right?! LOL. I hear ya on the super active children inside the womb and out. I don't think this next one is going to be any different!

Whale Watching in San Francisco

My sister and her family came all the way from Idaho to visit us. Naturally we had to take them to the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a typical July day, foggy, freezing, windy and crowded. We battled people on bikes and with strollers and the wind to walk onto the bridge. We had just made it to the first tower when we noticed a whale watching tour boat and joked about how cool it would be if there was suddenly a whale that came out of the water. About ten seconds later, A WHALE CAME OUT OF THE WATER! It didn't ever do the complete National Geographic flip over or show it's tail, but there was a Humpback Whale feeding, and it kept coming up to eat. It was amazing. AMAZING. We spent almost 40 minutes watching the whale, possibly whales at the time. There was one in particular that came over, right below us the kids could all see it, and it was so close we could see the barnacles on the mouth, and it rolled and was putting on quite the show for us. Baby Webb #3 is on the way. Here the baby is. We are going to try to be strong and not find out the sex at the ultra sound. So if you have an opinion, about the sex, feel free to share it. I am sure Jason will put a vote up. So far he wants names like "gunner" and "ruby." I told him Gunner might not go so well with Alice and Daniel, but who am I to stop an opinion? Oh wait. I was sick off and on for a few weeks but feel pretty good now. This is the baby at 10 weeks. We are about 13.5 weeks today. Due the end of February. I guess if we are lucky it could be a leap day baby. Daniel saw the baby in the ultra sound and was totally not surprised. His comment was "is that the baby I knew was growing in your tummy?" Easter

My mom and dad invited us all kids to Easter at their house. Most of us made it. They had a whole weekend of fun planned for the kids. Thanks to mom and Tiff. The kids made bunny ears and little ducks and bunnies. They decorated cookies and played with cousins. My kids had so much fun. Then we had a wonderful easter egg hunt in which we found all but one easter egg. Daniel of course tried to get all the eggs before the other kids even realized what was going on. Alice did pretty good collecting eggs. Abby and Steph looking at their goodies. This is Alice in her adorable new dress. Thanks Steph!
